*1986 (Sep.): statement prepared, "Some nomenclatural and botanical aspects
of jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis)," for Tax Court Case of Laglia
versus the IRS. I was the expert witness for the IRS and testified in court.

relevant to a U.S. Custom's case
